I enjoy mixing all types of exercises, styles, movements, & techniques in my routine. Not only to keep my workouts fun and dynamic, but to keep my body guessing so it continues to get stronger. Cross training also helps you identify your weaknesses so you know where you need to improve.
Just because you can squat 400 lbs doesn’t mean you can do a pistol, and you benching 350lbs doesn’t mean you can do a muscle up.
Step out of your comfort zone people!!

Hump Day Humility Wanna know why I am most proud of myself? Because the image I see in the mirror is FINALLY the same image I’ve been wanting to see for so long. No one truly understands another’s inner turmoils. I now see an ambitious, focused, goal-oriented, (future) entrepreneur!! I could NOT say that a year ago. Thank you Lord🙏 Accomplishing my physique goals & facing body insecurities was my 1st step to becoming a better me! I proved to myself I can take control and transform my body on my own! But I do have a wonderful support system of the incredible ppl in my life😊No matter who has something to say about the way I look, despite how annoying neg comments are, I remain proud of my accomplishments and continue to love myself ❤ Now I’m moving on to new challenges. I’m inspired to make other aspects of my life healthier too😊And I am thankful for that! I don’t have it all figured out but I’m a helluva lot closer than I was before😁Lol Word of Advice: Don’t like something about yourself? CHANGE IT or don’t complain.
